Society of Barley Engineers
Mission:
Our mission is to advocate the exchange of information relating to the art and science of brewing, thereby promoting quality engineered homebrews.
Monthly Meetings:
The club meets at the Stone Brewery in Escondido, California, on the first Wednesday evening of every month starting at 6:00PM. Click HERE for a map! or HERE to go to the Stone Brewing website.
Discussions are led by members who present information to the club from research and experiences. Meetings are otherwise informal and include planning for special events, judging beers and general socialization.
